5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, flavor, or product, please contact us within 7 days from receiving the product. Once the return is approved, we will guide you through the exchange process. The item being exchanged must be in its original, unused condition.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item you requested is out of stock, we will offer you a suitable replacement or issue a refund.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. We will offer a full refund, exchange, or store credit depending on your preference.

7. Order Cancellations

8. Store Credit
In certain cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative to a refund. Store credit will be issued in the amount of the returned item(s), minus any shipping costs. Store credit can be used on any future orders at Rishta Foods.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
